Summary of the Competition Council Decision No. ASO - 85 as of 20.12.2018

The Competition Council examined support measures concerning the provision of tax and customs facilities for goods and services meant to implement the "Compact" Program.

It was founded that the support measures mentioned previously does not constitute State aid within the meaning of art. 3 of the Law on state aid 139/2012
