Decision of the Competition Council Plenum Nr. ASO - 13 as of 06.04.2020

The Competition Council has examined the notification received from Ministry of Finance regarding the granting of support measures to the State Entreprise "Moldelectrica" for the implementation  of the project "Moldova Romania Power Interconnection Phase I".

It was determined that the previously mentioned support measures did not constitute state aid as the conditions established according to the provisions of art. 3 of the Law on State Aid were not met.
