Summary of the Competition Council Plenum Decision No. ASS - 26 as of 03.07.2020

Plenum of the Competition Council found that the support measure regarding the sale-purchase at normative price of the state-owned lands afferent to the privately owned constructions, granted based on Law no. 1308 of 25.07.1997 regarding the normative price and the way of sale-purchase of the land, constitutes an existing state aid to be aligned to the acquis of the European Union according to art. 341 of the Moldova-EU Association Agreement.
