Summary of the Competition Council Plenum Decision No. ASS - 27 as of 03.07.2020

The Competition Council examined the existing state aid measure regarding the VAT exemption, without right of deduction, of the dwelling, the land, the lease of the dwelling and the lease of the land, the right of their delivery and lease, except for the commission payments related to the respective transactions and found it to be existing state aid ought to be aligned with the European Union acquis according to art. 341 of the Moldova-EU Association Agreement.
