Summary of the Competition Council Plenum Decision no. 42 as of 06.08.2020

The Competition Council has examined the support measure relating to awarding grants to the ecological nongovernmental organizations for the projects for environmental protection from the sources of The National Ecological Fund.
It was founded that the support measure constitutes de minimis aid for the project referring to solving the ecological problems associated with the sustainable development of water supply, sewerage and wastewater treatment system.
