The Competition Council examines the notification received from the Ministry of Finance, regarding the state aid planned to be granted during the implementation of the support loan provided by the Government of the Republic of Poland for the financing of projects in agriculture, food processing, including their infrastructure, under the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the Government of the Republic of Poland.
The notification became effective as of 04.01.2017.
