The Competition Council authorized state aid granted by the Ministry of Finance for J.S.C. “Termoelectrica” Ă‹Ă‹to improve heat supply infrastructure. The investment involves the design and construction of pumping stations, pump replacement and reconstruction of underground heating networks, 454 individual substations are going to be installed.

Competition Council is an autonomous public authority, responsible to the Parliament, which ensures the application and compliance with the legislation in the field of competition, state aid and advertising within the limits of its competence. The Competition Council ensures that all commercial entities play by fair and equal rules.
