On 20 September 2013 the Decision of the Plenum of the Competition Council no 16 as of 30 August 2013 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova no 206-211 as of 20.09.2013) entered into force, approving the Regulation on establishing dominant position on the market and assessing the abuse of dominant position.
The regulation at issue transposes the European norms related to the field and set the principles to be used at establishing the dominan position on the market, as well the priorities which shall guide the Competition Councilwhile applying art. 11 from the Law on Competition no 183 as of 11.07.2012.
