The Competition Council found the infringement of the competition law by the National Bureau of Motor Vehicle Insurers, manifested by the refusal to issue to S.A.R. “Moldcargo” S.A. Insurance Certificate Form, “Green Card”.
The decision of the Plenum of the Competition Council was maintained by the Chisinau Court of Appeal, which rejected the complaint filed by the National Bureau of Motor Vehicle Insurers against the Competition Council as unfounded.
Please note that, in accordance with the provisions of the Competition Law, any actions or inactions of central and local public authorities and institutions that restrict, prevent or distort competition, are prohibited, as well as the limitation of the rights of the undertakings for purchasing or marketing.
