By Decision of 5 February 2015, of the Plenum of Competition Council, the enterprise “Etalonus Grup” LLC was sanctioned with 115,951.60 MDL. The fine was imposed for the implementation of economic concentration, before obtaining the necessary authorization from the competition authority.
On 29.04.2015, the fine has been paid to the state budget, confirmed by a copy of the payment order, submitted to the Competition Council by the sanctioned organization.

Competition Council is an autonomous public authority, responsible to the Parliament, which ensures the application and compliance with the legislation in the field of competition, state aid and advertising within the limits of its competence. The Competition Council ensures that all commercial entities play by fair and equal rules.
