Competition Council examines the operation of the economic concentration achieved by taking over the control by the CBMP Macon JSC of RIFINFORM Ltd.
Competition Council will assess this economic concentration in order to determine compatibility with a normal competitive environment and will issue a decision within the time prescribed by law.
Main types of activity performed by the undertakings concerned are: manufacture of clay bricks and tiles; manufacture of other articles of concrete, cement and plaster; manufacture artificial porous aggregates and natural porous aggregate processing.
The Competition Council is interested in getting comments and opinions from the third parties (including competitors and clients of the parties involved), on this economic concentration.
