Competition Council examines the operation of the economic concentration achieved by taking over the control by the Ducates Grup Ltd JV Farm Meat Sud Ltd și JV Farm Meat Processing Ltd.
Competition Council will assess this economic concentration in order to determine compatibility with a normal competitive environment and will issue a decision within the time prescribed by law.
Companies involved in this operation performs the following activities: pig breeding, meat production, trade in meat and meat products, meat production and their marketing, trade food and other activities.
The Competition Council is interested in getting comments and opinions from the third parties (including competitors and clients of the parties involved), on this economic concentration.
