Today, January 29th, at the Competition Council s headquarters, a new meeting was held dedicated to the implementation of the National Competition and State Aid Program for 2017-2020, with the participation of the leadership of the National Accreditation Center “MOLDAC”.
The main topic of discussion was the implementation of actions of the Program, which relates to the identification, evaluation and optimization of exclusive rights. In this context, we mention that the National Accreditation Center “MOLDAC” is a public institution that provides accreditation and conformity assessment services, being internationally recognized as the only institution in this field.
In order to implement the Program, the Competition Council organizes a series of meetings with specialized central public authorities, local public authorities, regulating and controlling authorities, which according to art.2 of the Law no. 169 of 20.07.2017 (Official Monitor no.301-315 / 533 of 18.08.2017) shall submit to the Competition Council information regarding the execution of this Program.
