On April 22 nd, 2015, at the invitation of AGEPI (State Agency on Intellectual Property of the Republic of Moldova), the Competition Council of Moldova, represented by Elena SEDLETCHII, Main State Controller, Legal Department, attended the Scientific and Practical Symposium “AGEPI Readings 2015”, the XVII-th edition “Recent developments in the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights” and reported a scientific-practical communiqué entitled “Points of interference between protection of intellectual property rights and protection of fair competition”.
