On Tuesday, January 30th, the representatives of the Competition Council participated in a new meeting dedicated to the implementation of the National Program for Competition and State Aid for 2017-2020 organized with the representatives of the Agency “Apele Moldovei”.
The meeting took place at the headquarters of the Agency, and the main subject of discussion was the implementation of the provisions of the mentioned Program, related to the field of water resources management, water supply and sewerage.
Thus, in order to identify the exclusive rights and eliminate anticompetitive barriers, Competition Council organizes a series of meetings with the specialized central public authorities, local public authorities, regulating and controlling authorities, which according to art.2 of the Law no. 169 of 20.07.2017 (Official Monitor no.301-315 / 533 of 18.08.2017) shall submit to the Competition Council information regarding the execution of this Program.
