During 2-4 December 2014, OECD GVH Regional Competition Center, held a workshop on difficulties in identifying evidence in dominant position in Budapest (Hungary). From the competition Council of the Republic of Moldova were nominated to attend the workshop Elena SEDLEÅ¢CHI, Main State Controller, Legal Department and Margarita BALICA, State Controller, Horizontal State Aid Department.
The representatives of the Competition Council presented a case study on establishing a dominant position abuse that has generated discussions and questions which were successfully answered.
