On February 20, 2014 the Competition Council of the Republic of Moldova will hold a working meeting with representatives of the Organization for Small and Medium Enterprises Sector Development.
The main purpose of the meeting is effective and fair implementation of the Law on state aid and its provisions. During the meeting will be discussed the subjects related on the ways, forms and criteria of state aid reporting.
The meeting will take place at the Competition Council of the Republic of Moldova, MD-2001 Chișinau, blvd. Stefan cel Mare, 73, 3rd Floor, Session Room.
We would like to remind you that the Law on state aid came into force on August 16, 2013. It establishes the legal framework for the authorization, monitoring and reporting of State aid, granted to beneficiaries in all sectors of the national economy, excluding agriculture, in order to maintain a normal competitive environment.
