At this time, the Competition Council delegation, headed by Mrs. Viorica CĂRARE, is on an official visit in the United States of America. The delegation also includes Mr. Ion MAXIM, Member of the Competition Council Plenum, Mr. Victor LAÅžCOV, Head of the Anti-Cartel Department and Mrs. Luminița ARAMĂ, Head of the Foreign Relations and European Integration Division.
Our delegation had an official visit at the US Department of Justice where the current challenges of implementing competition law and the US experience in this area were addressed.
We also discussed ways to collaborate in the future in order to take good practices regarding the enforcement of the competition regulations in our country.
American colleagues have been open to foster the bilateral partnership in competition domain.
