The Competition Council investigates the non-notification of an economic merger between „Energotehcomplet" S.R.L., „Eurobloc" S.R.L. and Î.C.S. „Best Club" S.R.L.

In this context, the Competition Council of Republic of Moldova is interested in obtaining the views and comments of third parties based on this particular economic merger and how it affects the relevant market.
