The Competition Council is examining the notification received from the Public Property Agency regarding the intention on the grant of support measure to S.A. Combinatul de Vinuri „Cricova" by exempting from the payment of dividends for the year 2017.

The notification became effective on 04.05.2018.

In this context, the Competition Council is interested in obtaining the views and comments of third parties in the notification referred.
