The Competition Council is examining the notification received from Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure

The Competition Council is examining the notification received from Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure regarding the support measures to the Î.S. „Vestmoldtransgaz", referring to the interconnection project of the natural gas networks in the Republic of Moldova and Romania, the Iasi-Ungheni segment.

The notification became effective on 17.05.2018.

In this context, the Competition Council is interested in obtaining the views and comments of third parties in the notification referred.
