The Competition Council examines the notification received from the Executive Committee of Gagauzia regarding the support measure granted to IM “Marigold” S.R.L. The notification became effective on 11.06.2018.
In this context, the Competition Council is interested in obtaining observations and views from third parties in connection with the said notification.
Competition Council is an autonomous public authority, responsible to the Parliament, which ensures the application and compliance with the legislation in the field of competition, state aid and advertising within the limits of its competence. The Competition Council ensures that all commercial entities play by fair and equal rules.
