The Competition Council examines the notification received from the Costești City Council, Râșcani district on the transmission of some goods in management to î.M.”Apă Canal Costești”, for providing the services of water supply, sewerage and sanitation.
The notification became effective on 24.02.2017.
In this context, the Competition Council is interested in obtaining the views and comments of third parties in the notification referred.
