The Plenum of the Competition Council has authorized the state aid granted to Î.M. Gospodăria de Alimentare cu Apă și Canalizare Nisporeni
The Competition Council has examined the notification received from the Nisporeni Town Hall, regarding the transmission of the patrimony formed within the project ĂœSanitation localities Nisporeni, Straseni and Calarasi for a clean and healthy environment , amounting to 10.297.490,00 lei. The state aid granted to Î.M. Gospodăria de Alimentare cu Apă și Canalizare Nisporeni is necessary for operating the sanitation centralized public service and it does not distort competition unduly.
It was found that the notified support measure constitutes state aid within the meaning of art. 3 of Law no. 139 of 15.06.2012 regarding the state aid and it is compatible with a normal competitive environment.
However, the Nisporeni Town Hall will adopt an entrustment act for the water supply and sanitation centralized public service, meeting the conditions mentioned in the 12th and 13th points from the Regulation on state aid granted for the beneficiaries which provide services of general economic interest, until 31/12/2015.
