The Plenum of the Competition Council authorized the state aid granted to î.M. “Chetrosu Communal Household.” It was found that the support measure notified by the Chetrosu Town Hall, district of Anenii Noi, concerning the transfer of assets for management, constitutes state aid and is compatible with the normal competitive environment.
The state aid granted to î.M. “Chetrosu Communal Household” is necessary for the operation of the public sewerage service under normal conditions of continuity and safety and will not distort competition.
