For effective and fair implementation of Law on state aid and its provisions on March 4, 2014 at 14.00 there will be a working meeting attended by representatives of the Competition Council and the Energy Efficiency Fund.
During the meeting will be discussed the subjects related on the ways, forms and criteria of state aid reporting.
The meeting will take place at the Energy Efficiency Fund
We would like to remind you that the Law on state aid came into force on August 16, 2013. It establishes the legal framework for the authorization, monitoring and reporting of State aid, granted to beneficiaries in all sectors of the national economy, excluding agriculture, in order to maintain a normal competitive environment.
