The Competition Council has authorized and declared compatible with competitive environment the economic merger between „Tehno Exclusiv” S.R.L. și „BTS PRO” S.R.L.
Therewith, the parties of the economic merger were sanctioned with a fine of nearly 60 thousands lei for non-notification of an economic merger.
We remind you that according to the competition law the economic mergers should be notified to the Competition Council before the implementation of the particular economic merger.
