The Competition Council examines the notification received from the Ministry of Environment, with regard to the measure approved to State-Owned Enterprise Direcția Nodului Hidrotehnic Costești-Stînca , for implementation of projects nr.4669 and 5007 Strengthening of the left bank of Costești-Stînca dam, Stage 3 and 4 . The notification became effective as of 20.12.2014.
