The Decision of the Plenum of the Competition Council no. DJ-2 dated from the 30 th of August 2013 established the violation by the Voiaj International & Co LLC of art. 68 para.(1), point. d) of Law no.182 of 11.07.2012 and imposed a fine of 266,775.84 MDL as well as a periodic penalty payment of 8143.34 MDL for each day of delay. Voiaj International & Co LLC was found guilty in refusing to accept the inspection in accordance with art. 56 of the Competition Law.
