On 30/01/2015, it was held a workshop, organized by the Competition Council and the Ialoveni Municipality with the participation of Ialoveni District Council representatives and of Ulm and Hansca Municipalities.
The subjects discussed were:
Ă¢ general provisions of Law no. 139 of 15.06.2012 on State aid;
Ă¢ state aid examples specific for LPAĂ™s;
Ă¢ the method of notification and notification form filling;
Ă¢ minimis state aid;
Ă¢ illegal state aid;
Ă¢ types of state aid beneficiaries.
It has been agreed upon a collaboration between Ialoveni LPAÙs and the Competition Council, in order to minimize the risk of recovering illegal State aid.
