February the 5th, in order to instrument the investigation, the Plenum of the Competition Council ordered an unannounced inspection at 47 th Parallel” LLC. The Plenum found the infringement of the Competition Law by 47 th Parallel” LLC, by refusing to submit to the inspection and by offering incomplete information in relation to the purpose and the object of investigation. As a result, the Company “47 th Parallel was sanctioned in the amount of about 5 million MDL. The fine must be paid by the “47th Parallel” LLC to the state budget until the 6th of May, 2015.
