The Competition Council examined the notification on behalf of the Sîngerei District Council regarding the transfer of some goods. The state aid granted to I.M. “Indmetalcongaz” is necessary for the functioning under normal conditions of continuity and safety of the public service of water supply and will not distort competition.
It was found that the notified aid measure constitutes State aid within the meaning of Art. 3 of the Law no. 139 of 15.06.2012 on State aid and is compatible with the normal competitive environment.
