The Plenum of the Competition Council authorized the state aid granted to S.A. “Regional Operator Water – Canal Hincesti”. It was found that the aid measure notified by Hincesti Town Hall regarding the administrative transfer of some assets constitutes state aid and is compatible with the normal competitive environment.
