At today s held meeting, February 9th, 2017, with the National Auto Transport Agency it was discussed aspects regarding the implementation of the National Competition and State Aid Program. In particular, it was addressed the regulations related to the activity of bus stations which have exclusive rights in the field of provision of services for working on motor transport routes. At the same time, were discussed the regulations concerning the authorization of operators working in the field of auto freight transport or in the field of auto passenger transport.
We have to mention that the National Auto Transport Agency is the authority that ensures the implementation of public policy documents and national development strategies in the field of auto transport, controls and supervises the compliance of the national and international legislation by the auto transport operators and by the enterprises performing activities related to auto transport.
