Do you possess information about unlawful state aid? Have your interests been harmed? The Competition Council is interested in obtaining information regarding unlawful state aid.
Any interested party possessing relevant information regarding the granting of unlawful state aid to undertakings may notify the Competition Council by completing and submitting the complaint form.

Unlawful aid is defined as state aid granted to an undertaking without authorization from the Competition Council or has been granted in circumstances where the Competition Council has been notified but has not adopted a decision on it within the legal timeframe.
Social aid does not constitute unlawful state aid within the meaning of Article 3 of Law No. 139 as of 15.06.2012 on state aid.
